STRENGTH CIRCUIT

TAUGHT BY TILLY COATES

45 minutes based around weight training and familiarising yourself with the equipment at the gym. Broken into smaller circuits on one station with active rest periods to increase the heart rate. This circuit incorporates the machinery as well as free weights and cardio. A great way to begin your gym journey with the guidance and instruction of qualified professionals!
