Our casual weekly and monthly visits will need to be within staffed hours, alternatively, you can hire out an access card for a refundable $55 upon return of the card for all hours access. Casual payments can be made directly at BFF via cash or SQUARE payment during staffed hours

Bookings for our Infrared Sauna in Bermagui need 12 hours notice or contact staff during staffed hours so we can preheat for you. Your own towel is required.
